Operation and maintenance of existing Pandu floating/fixed terminals- on NW2 (river Brahmaputra) during 2025-26.
Connectivity (embark/disembark facility).
Construction of bamboo jetty inluding materials, labour, tools & plant complete as per drawing &Â direction of EIC- 2nos. x 55 m each.
Maintenance of bamboo jetty as per specification and direction of EIC or his reprentative (from June 2025 to May 2026)Â (Av. Maintenance 6 months -110m & 6 months 70m).Â
Making Jati Bamboo railing (1.2 m high) on both side of the both side of jetty pparoch to vessel - 2 no. jetty x 55 m.
Painting of bamboo railing - 2 no. jetty x 55 m.
Dismantaling of old jetty - 2 nos as per direction of EIC or his representative.
Cutting and Filling of soil/sand.
Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per technical specification(cutting).
Brick soling.
Engagement of labours for laying bricks in position as directed by EIC of his representative. Bricks are available at a distance of 100m which are to be carried and placed in position appropriately.
Supply and placement/stacking of 1st class bricks including carries to the river bank at Pandu Terminal.
Supply and placement of sand filled bags for jetty/ramp (2 layers). 1cum=40 nos. of bags. For front portion (Quantity={(2 X 5 X 3.5)/2} as required for two locations (2*700)=1400 no., as per EIC or his representative.
Supplying and driving bamboo pins with mats for support at 2 jetty location-2 x 40m =Â 80m.
Supply of Thel post made of GI pipe for keeping the pontoon in position..
Supply and placement of tyre fender to be placed at terminal pontoons properly fixed with wire rope/chain etc. complete in all respect.
Painting on pontoon with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer and also removing old paint by scraping/chipping as per direction of EIC 3 no. pontoons x 475 sqm=1425 sqm,Plate of LLJ both side-2*50*0.6=60sqm and pipe of LLJ & HLJ-195 sqm.
Painting onrailing of LLJ & HLJ with Aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer and also removing old paint by scraping/chipping as per direction of EICÂ Railing area LLJÂ & HLJ=326 sqm.
Terminal Developmental Works.
Surface dressing/cleaning of terminal area including removing of vegitations not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of upto 50 meter at Pandu terminal and new area taken over from CIWTC at Pandu.
Fencing near L L J to block entrance of transpasser.
Dismantling damaged door including chowkhats of old Office Ground floor & making the wall good by plastering etc complete.
Providing & Fixing factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) solid plain flush door with chaukhat as per required size including fixing with stailess steel butt hinges of required size, screw etc all complete as per direction of EIC or his authorised representative (Chaukhat 2*(2.1+1.2)* Rs.900+ door 2.1*1.2 8 Rs.3500).
Supply of wooden planks (1st class timber) of size 2" thick 1' wide 10-12 ft long[1plank=2cuft=0.566337cum; for 10 plank=0.57 cum].
Supplying Bhuluka bamboo including carrying to the site at Pandu.
Supply of matured full jati bamboos to placed at Pandu which are to be used for various works by IWAI.
Supply of Coir string of good quality at site.
Engagement of Labours for cleaning of terminal as per direfction of EIC on need basis.
Engagement of JCB for cleaning of sand deposition from LLJ and leveling of water front area/removing long grass/ leveling port area etc. where necessary as per direction of EIC or his represetative. |
